It certainly works well but i think the top container should be a bit more securely fitted.
After a few issues after disassembly for cleaning, leading to the breakage of the water container,i contacted Manoj for help with what to do & what i needed to replace.He promptly advised what to do & how to do it while arranging the delivery of the new container.It arrived quickly.
I feel that this was ongoing and 'outstanding customer service' Highly recommend.

i am very happy with my water filter, the reason why got this water filtration, i have been looking for a little while because i know the water we drink is not good plus my kidney's have been aching for most of this year slowly getting worse then i realized they switched over to the desalination water, so i stopped drinking the water out of the tap and bought spring water and slowly my kidney's stopped aching, but i didn't want to keep buying water, a friend had this water filter and she gave me your web site and the rest is history , i couldn't be happier thank you.
