Luxurious Range Water Cooler Instructions
Congratulations on your purchase of an Aimex Luxurious Range Water Cooler. Our premium coolers are designed to provide crisp, clean, and refreshing water with a touch of elegance for your home or office.
To ensure your cooler performs at its best, please follow the setup and maintenance instructions below..
🛠️ Getting Started: Initial Setup
Before plugging in your unit, please follow these essential steps:
-
Unpack & Inspect: Remove all packaging materials. Check the unit and the water purifier bottle for any parts that may have shifted during transit.
-
Filter Preparation: If your unit includes an 8-stage filter, it must be prepared before use. Soak the filter in water for at least 15–20 minutes and rinse under a running tap until the water runs clear.
-
Positioning: Place the cooler on a flat, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is at least 10cm of space between the back of the cooler and the wall to allow for proper heat dissipation.
-
Wait Before Powering On: If the unit was tilted during transport, let it stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle.
🚰 Assembly & Filling
-
Install the Purifier Bottle: Place the assembled and rinsed filter into the purifier tank. Place the tank onto the top of the water cooler.
-
Fill with Water: Fill the top tank with tap water. Allow the water to filter through into the internal reservoirs.
-
Flush the System: Once the reservoirs are full, dispense at least 1–2 litres from each tap (Hot, Cold, and Room Temperature) to flush the internal lines before drinking.
-
Switch On: Once you are certain the internal tanks are full, turn on the switches at the back of the unit (Red for Hot, Green/Blue for Cold).
🧽 Maintenance & Care
-
Filter Replacement: To maintain the highest water quality, replace your 8-stage filter every 6 months or after 5,000 litres of use.
-
Cleaning: Every 3 months, drain the unit and wipe down the exterior and the water guards with a soft damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
-
Drip Tray: Regularly remove and empty the drip tray to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.
